We’ll meet weekly on Zoom and cover a chapter from 52 Ways to Be Happy: from the inside out, my book of simple life lessons. We’ll discuss the topic, share experiences and insights, then do some journaling to reinforce the message. Over time, you’ll come to realize that being your best self really is possible—especially when you’re involved in a community of supportive, encouraging, and compassionate women.

Yep. It really is.
Do I need any materials to participate?
You might want to have your laptop or a pen and paper on hand for the journaling part of the session.
Do I have to share what I write?
Not at all. The purpose of journaling is to tap into your subconscious to find out what's really going on inside you.
What qualifies you to host this series?
I am a certified happiness coach (yes, that’s a real thing), I have a master’s degree in education, and I’m a woman of a certain age with wisdom and experience to share. My goal is to empower other women to appreciate how far they’ve come and to make the most of their lives going forward.
